Definitions & Explanations

The following words and terms used in these Terms are defined below:

• "pkuck" or "Platform" — The pkuck.lat website and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "You" — Any person who has registered on or is using the pkuck platform.
• "Account" — Your personal registered profile on the platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — The act of placing money on casino games, sports betting, or any other service.
• "Bonus" — A promotional benefit provided by pkuck, subject to specific conditions.
• "Balance" — The total amount of money currently held in your account.

Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement & Eligibility

To create an account and use the services on pkuck, you must be at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. pkuck may request an identity document or related paperwork to verify age when needed.

2.2 Single Account

Each person may open one account only. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, pkuck reserves the right to suspend or close one or all of them, and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration (name, date of birth, phone number, bank/mobile banking details) must be accurate, complete, and your own. Registering with false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to pkuck support immediately. pkuck will not be liable for any loss caused by third-party use of your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on pkuck is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Currently accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted; the source of funds must be your own.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Processing begins after the withdrawal request has been verified.

3.3 Identity Verification

Before large withdrawals, or at any time pkuck considers it necessary, pkuck may request a national identity card, passport, or other documentation to verify your identity. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified time may delay or suspend the withdrawal.

3.4 Failed or Disputed Transactions

If a deposit does not successfully reach your account, or if you experience a problem with a withdrawal, please contact pkuck support via 24/7 live chat or email.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳10,000 or more, you will receive the maximum ৳5,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example, after completing ৳1,200 bonus × 25 = ৳30,000 in bets, winnings from the bonus will be withdrawable. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless pkuck specifically approves it.
• Bonuses are only for the player in whose name the account is held — bonuses cannot be transferred to a third party.
• pkuck reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets will only be considered valid once successfully placed and confirmed on pkuck's servers. If a bet remains incomplete due to a connection issue or technical fault, it will be considered void.

5.2 Erroneous Bets

pkuck reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds or for incorrect amounts due to software or human error. In such cases, the original staked amount will be returned.

5.3 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Bet results are confirmed from the relevant official sources. If a match is abandoned, settlement will follow pkuck's established policy.

5.4 Casino Games

Live casino, slots, and table games are available in the pkuck casino section. All games are operated by third-party providers and fair play is ensured. In the event of any issue with a game, the rules of the relevant game provider will apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkuck platform:

If any of the above activities are detected, pkuck reserves the right to immediately suspend or close the account and forfeit the associated balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

VIP Program & Rewards

pkuck has five VIP tiers for regular players. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Tiers are advanced through regular activity. VIP benefits may be changed at pkuck's discretion. Once VIP cashback is credited to your balance, it can be used like a regular balance.

Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 pkuck's Rights

pkuck may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Fraud, deception, or suspicious activity.
• Providing a false identity or forging documents.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to gain an artificial advantage by exploiting the system.

8.2 User Rights

You may request account closure at any time through pkuck support. If there is a valid balance before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it; however, any bonus balance for which the wagering requirement has not been met will be forfeited.

General Provisions

14.1 Severability

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective.

These Terms and the Privacy Policy together constitute the entire agreement between pkuck and the user. No prior verbal or written discussions shall apply against this document.
